Damage when it arrived
I unboxed my fridge and had a dent in the door. I took the tape off the door and the door fell off because the pin on the lower bracket was not even there. Had to switch the door to open from the opposite side in order to use it. After waiting so long to get it, I would have expected a better product. Yes, when I plugged it in. It does work. Just not pretty and not able to have the door swing the way I wanted it to.

Freezer is the perfect size for me just disappointing that it arrived already damaged. Seems to be cooling good just looks ugly.

Doesn’t have a handle and it closes tightly, so I have to hold the unit back with one hand and pull it open with my other hand. Comes with the door opening from left to right.

Arrived damaged
Using it to freeze food. Received this freezer, the box was not damaged, but upon unpackaging it, the door and box is dented. In order to return this to receive a new one, we would have to purchase a special box since the original box was cut in order to get the freezer out of the box. The freezer works, but would prefer not to return this, and receive some sort of a discount for the exterior damage. Please make this right.

Serves the purpose
I am overall happy. I purchased two…one for an extra refrigerator and the other for extra freezer. The dial on one would go no further than the refrigerator setting. Worked out fine..I got what I needed. There is a lot of condensation, which was unexpected. There is a drainage hole at the bottom. I keep a paper towel on that bottom shelf…careful not to cover drainage hole. No problems..hope it lasts. Refrigerator keeps the food cold and freezer keeps the food frozen.
