Great product and good value.
I am using this product in a small kitchen in a very small one-bedroom apartment. There is a company by the name of Summit that specializes in kitchenettes like this Avanti model, but their units are considerably more expensive. This is a good price for a unit that is meant for light-duty usage in a place where basic kitchen essentials are needed. It was easy to install and it’s so lightweight that it’s basically portable.

Not the greatest quality.
I dislike this product for a number of reasons.1. The product gets rust watermarks if you leave water sitting on it within a hour or so.2. The refrigerator broke after 2 days on me. It does come with a warranty, but it’s quite a process to get it replaced still.3. The back of the unit doesn’t come with a punch out panel, so you actually need to go buy a metal cutting tool to cut out the back to install the plumbing.4. The shipping was insanely slow, now that’s understandable being that it’s so big, however, you MUST be here when it arrives and you really don’t have an idea of when it will arrive, and when it does arrive you actually have to plug it in and test everything otherwise they won’t accept any returns. So you not only have to be home waiting around for it, you also have to have the time to test it upon arrival before the shipper leaves.

Terrible shipping & Customer Service
Great little unit; however mine arrived dented and damaged. The refrigerator was not secured in the unit (manufacturer error?) and got banged around (shipping error?). When we plugged it in, leaked a clear fluid and refuses to cool. Contacted seller through Amazon autobot; hoping to get it repaired or replaced.Update: months later, after reaching out multiple times on phone calls with the manufacturer regarding the damaged refrigerator, we have been bounced back and forth with the manufacturer blaming the shipping, and vice versa. Still unresolved. Do not purchase from this company.

Quality Sucks!
For the price this is literally crap. Sadly, it serves a purpose in certain circumstances but is worth, at best, half the price.My unit arrived bent and one piece was obviously damaged in manufacturing (obviously no quality checks). My choices were to wait weeks or month for a replacement or just make it work.Iâm choosing to make it work but if you have an option do not buy this product!
