    Good & Cheap Fridge
No complaints about the fridge. Do pay attention to the dimensions and know that it is cheaper for a reason. It cooled pretty well, has plenty of space for it’s size. Light compared to others. Quiet, good quality, and no issues with the performance.

    Didn’t last 2 years
The fan in the freezer went out and then quickly followed by the refrigerator fan. Going ro have to find parts now. $2500 is a lot for only 2 years. My parents refrigerator has lasted over 15 years.

Faced Quality issues- Koolmore customer service was prompt to address
Update: Koolmore CS finally responded back to my repair request and were then prompt to address the issue. Although the product experience was less than ideal I am updating my rating to reflect the high quality customer service provided by the manufacturer.I’ve used this product for less than 3 months and am dealing with 2 major issue 1) Freezer: there’s ice forming inside the freezer tray and side walls, its happening with the freezer temperature set to lowest. I’ve cleared up the ice twice now and it just reoccurs. I also can feel the cool air leaking from the freezer top (when I place my hand on it) and believe the ice forming could be a result of it 2) Noise- the fridge makes a humming noise, I suspect its from the motor.I contacted Amazon Support and they punted the issue to the manufacturer, I am still waiting to get a response from KoolMore.Overall very dissatisfied with the product and customer support.

    Great Refrigerator
Bottom freezer with slide out tray makes this refrigerator so very easy to work with. No problems with functionality and would highly recommend this unit to anyone desiring a refrigerator you can’t go wrong. Stainless steel is beautiful.

    6 Weeks Later, Very Pleased!
I chose to purchase this fridge because it checked all my minimum requirements:- Counter Depth: so it would not take up too much of the limited space between my counter and island. Also, they’re not as deep internally so I won’t be losing food in the back of the fridge for months at a time :P.- French Door: It’s a style preference.- No brand-specific filter: I was considering purchasing another fridge, but ended up turning it down because it required you to buy the name-brand internal water filters. $$$- No front dispenser: These have always been the first part of my past fridges to die and I’m looking for low-maintenance.Now that I have the fridge installed, I want to address some of the criticisms in the other reviews.1) My cabinets are 24′ deep. The countertop lip is an additional 2″ deep. If I shoved this fridge all the way back to the wall I would not be able to open the doors as wide as possible. However, the rear of the fridge should never be flush with the wall because it needs ventilation. The 1″ gap between the fridge rear and the wall creates the perfect amount of space in the front for the doors to open fully – even with the extra 2″ of countertop overhang. The space between the fridge’s left door and 24″ deep cabinets is more than enough for the door to open completely.2) The ice-maker works. I can’t say anything (yet) about how fast it pumps out ice because it’s winter and I haven’t been using ice yet. I’ll check back mid-summer to update this if the ice-maker can’t keep up.3) The fridge is quiet. Yes, you can hear ice when it dumps or the compressor spin up during the cool cycle, but it’s not an intrusive level of noise. My fridge did rattle occasionally until I leveled it properly – no rattles since.4) Plenty of space on the inside. The fridge is more spacious than the freezer. The freezer looks small, but it accepts quite a lot of food before filling up! I’m pleased. If you aren’t using the ice-maker then you can free up a lot more freezer space for food.5) I can’t speak to fridge longevity yet. It’s been operating flawlessly for 6 weeks. I’ll update this post if that changes.Cheers!

    Pictures are deceiving
I can’t confirm how well it works or ease of cleaning because we have to return it. The pictures are very deceiving. No way could the doors open in the kitchen you see in the ad. We replaced a Samsung of the same width with this model. One door is next to a wall with maybe 2-3 inches clearance. The doors on this are so wide, it can’t open more than about 45 degrees on that side. So make sure that your space has lots of clearance on each side! Also it was missing the door handles (ok mistakes happen)…would have been ok with receiving those separately until we found that it will not work at all in our space. I wish they would give you more information about the amount of room you need. Also those pictures with it looking flush to the cabinets and built in to a tight space…no way could that possibly work with this fridge. It would need to stick out 4-6 inches from the cabinets for the doors to open!

    Great product… Outstanding customer service!
Purchased the KoolMore for a summer family home. Two of the internal storage drawers were broken during shipping. Contacted customer service, and they immediately apologized and sent new drawers. They also sent $100.00 for the inconvenience!! We set the fridge up and it looks great and holds temperature right on the dot. Seems to be very well built. Will likely purchase another one for our main home.

    Doors
For the space I was working with it was perfect and sleek. But the doors are horrible to open. I’m okay with the no grab bar look but there’s absolutely no soft open/close feature to this fridge. It’s weird but great space and shelving for the size.Updating 2 weeks later. The doors still suck and left one isn’t lining up which keeps the right door slight open. Horrible and annoying!!
